Fees and Payments
All service fees are as stated in the Company's current Price List, available upon request or at our head office. The Company reserves the right to revise fees at any time, with prior notice to existing clients where applicable. Professional fees paid once a service has commenced are non-refundable, except where expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Government levies and third-party charges are separate from our professional fees and will be communicated to clients before payment is made. Payment is accepted through approved methods as communicated at the time of engagement.
Intellectual Property

If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to mediation or arbitration as agreed, and failing that, to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria.
