Lotopital Consulting treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We do not sell, trade, or lease personal or business information to third parties. Disclosure may occur only in the following limited circumstances: to regulatory authorities such as the CAC or FIRS, where required for service delivery or legal compliance; to authorised third-party service providers such as certified auditors or legal practitioners who are bound by confidentiality obligations; where required by a court order, law enforcement authority, or applicable Nigerian law; or with your explicit written consent for any other purpose.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes in this policy or as required by law. Client files for active engagements are retained throughout the service relationship. Post-service records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in compliance with Nigerian statutory and tax requirements. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
